The mission of Swelter Coffee is to share great coffees and promote, support, and empower female farmers and women in the coffee industry. Why female farmers? Women all over the world are at a disadvantage compared to their male counterparts when it comes to access to training, financial support, and wages. This is no different in the coffee industry. They believe that by sharing, promoting, and celebrating their work, these women will get paid better for their coffee, funding their efforts more sustainably.
