Help Guide

Free Owner Guide

If you run a café or roastery, you can take over your listing and keep its information accurate. This guide covers how to get access, what the free Owner Dashboard lets you edit, and what is reserved for Venue Owner Pro.

1. Get access to your listing

There are two ways in.

Option A – Claim an existing listing

  1. Open your venue’s page in the Guide and use the claim option.
  2. Enter your email. We send a one-time verification link that expires after 24 hours.
  3. Click the link to confirm. If the email you used is not the one we have on file for the venue, our team reviews the request before access is granted.

While a claim is under review, your dashboard shows a “being reviewed” notice and gives full access once it is confirmed.

Option B – Register as an owner

  1. Go to Create an owner account.
  2. Check your inbox for the verification email and click the link. Your account is activated only after this step.
  3. Add or claim your venue from your dashboard.

2. What the free Owner Dashboard includes

3. Getting a complete listing

The dashboard shows a completeness percentage. The more fields you fill in, the better visitors and search engines understand your venue. A good first pass:

  1. Check the address and opening hours.
  2. Write a short description of your space. Keep it brief and specific.
  3. Add your best photos.
  4. Add your website and Instagram.
  5. Fill in the coffee profile: brew methods, origins and roasting style.

4. What is reserved for Venue Owner Pro
