Just Us! Coffee Roasters began in Wolfville, Nova Scotia, in 1996 with a simple but ambitious idea: great coffee could help build a fairer world. Founded by Jeff and Debra Moore, Just Us! became Canada's first fair trade coffee roaster, pioneering a different approach to the coffee business—one built on direct relationships with small-scale farmer co-operatives
