DAPPER Coffee is an independent specialty coffee bar in Turin’s Vanchiglia district, created by Andrea Perrone, Giada Cistaro and Andrea Violano. The bar works with traceable coffees from Italian and European roasters, including Santaromero, and moves comfortably between espresso, batch brew and manual filter. Its house blend brings together Guatemala, Ethiopia and Colombia, while single-origin coffees add another layer to the menu.
The space is deliberately social, with a 93 cm counter and tiered seating designed to bring baristas and guests closer together. Alongside coffee, expect Bicerin, the signature Dapperino, pastries and simple food. It is a thoughtful address for discovering specialty coffee in Turin without unnecessary formality.
