Café del Mar has been active in the coffee industry in its own way since 2011. For their specialty coffee, they felt that the coffee farmers should receive a fair reward for their work and developed - in collaboration with Solidaridad - their own fair trade concept. They are also a dealer of the unique ECM coffee machines, and they also provide barista workshops.
