Coffee At 33 Brighton
33 Trafalgar St, Brighton BN1 4ED, UK
Coffee at 33 opened in 2008 and since then it has become a
favorite of the growing specialty coffee scene in town. The café is cozy, super
clean and simple, and this matches the coffee offering: a simple coffee menu (one
espresso blend along side a single origin espresso, plus pour overs extracted
with Kinto) and an easy food offering with a few nice toasted sandwiches and
tasty local cakes. Coffee at 33 is co-owned by Taras Tunskyy & Amerigo
Fusi. Taras is the roaster: started roasting on a 2kg Novoroaster Air Roaster
built in Germany, upgraded to a 10kg Toper in 2017 and has now moved on to
roasting at Horsham Coffee Roasters on their 35kg Loring.
