Opened in 2011 in the chic Left Bank Paris by two of the gurus of the Paris coffee revolution, Antoine Netien and his Australian partner Tom Clarke, Coutume is a roastery (that serves café and restaurants around town) and a bunch of coffee shops in trendy Parisian spots. It also serves healthy breakfast and lunch plus wines and artisan beers.
