Faodail Roastery
Faodail Roastery is a
small batch, specialty coffee company based in Glasgow, founded by Kenneth and Simone. Faodail translates as 'lucky find' in
Gaelic. They select only the highest
quality, ethically sourced and
traceable green beans. Keeping
it simple, they supply one blend
and a small number of single origin coffees, chosen with quality,
seasonality and individual flavour profiles in mind. Endeavouring to
be as sustainable as possible their retail
packaging is 100% recyclable and carbon
neutral.
