Alex and Olga Sobal founded Hedge Coffee in 2015 and for two years it remained a two-people show. In 2017 Kyle Bowes joined the team and became the most handsome part of it. Xiani Wang has been pouring beautiful drinks with Hedge since 2018 and now they seriously can’t imagine
the team without her. Kaushik Sanyal came on board in spring of 2019 to help them with the business growth. He now moved to LA to start his own event coffee company and they’re beyond happy for his new journey. In the course of these years, they worked (and continue working) with the most talented baristas in the Bay Area. They are an event coffee catering company and specialty coffee roaster based in San Francisco.
