economy through community building, local sourcing and local hiring", they say. Hive, the place to bee is a warm, welcoming cafe serving environmentally-conscious products. They roast their specialty coffee in an emission-free roasting machine, the Bellwether's revolutionary ventless roaster: for them, becoming their own roaster was an integral part of their sustainability mission. By operating the electric roaster with carbon-free electricity, they are creating a roasting process emission-free.
