a specialty coffee pop-up operating at events throughout central Scotland.
Their regular slots are at Partick Farmer’s
Market on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month, and Bakery 47 on the second Sunday of the
month. They work mainly with Foundry
Coffee Roasters from Sheffield, although they have used roasters
all over Europe. It’s important that anyone they work with shares their focus
on quality and ensuring a fair deal for everyone in the supply chain. They’ve
got also a shop at 75 Deanston Drive in
Shawlands, open Tuesday to Sunday 9am to 5pm.They serve coffee, cakes,
sandwiches and light bites Tuesday to Friday, with a slightly bigger menu at
weekends.
