Born as a micro roastery in 2013, founded by Francesco Sanapo, award-winning champion barista and taster, and by Patrick Hoffer. Its purpose and mission is to bring coffee of extreme quality to Italy and to “tell” them in a completely different way, using total transparency and commitment to sustainability in all and for all production steps.
