SimBIOsi Organic Café

After an organic pizzeria, and an organic pasta restaurant, Simbiosi finally opened an oganic café. It serves wine, organic foods and specialty coffee from Italian roasters (mostly from Tuscany). Plus, the place is perfect for sipping a cocktail or sitting behind a laptop: comfy old school armchairs, bistro chairs and an old flag-stone floor partly exposed to reveal the wine cellar below.
