Gian Andrea, former barista at Bugan Coffee Lab, discovered his love for coffee almost by chance a bunch of years ago. Then, he started to study hard everything about coffee, until discovering his true love: roasting. With his friend Stefano (that once had no idea about specialty coffee at all, and now is training as roaster…), he decided to open the roastery, that offers also a training lab and a coffee shop.
