Taste is Elisa and Fabio, a couple in the private life and enthusiastic baristas in the everyday work. Their passion for specialty coffee has brought them to Australia, working for Ona Coffee. That has allowed them to return to Italy with the determination and awareness of wanting to create Taste: a house of experimentation and a coffee-tasting laboratory. But that’s not enough: very soon, they’re going to open their own roastery.
