Kostal Coffee
A father (Dan) and son (Eric) roasting duo who share a vast knowledge of coffee. Dan’s love of specialty coffee goes back decades; while Eric, shortly after graduation and moving out west, purchased his own Behmor 1600 to begin roasting. Along the way, both of them have taken a handful of roasting and barista classes to further develop their skills and Kostal was established in 2019, and they began production roasting on a Probatone 5kg. Koastal is specializes in small batch roasting that highlights the flavor profile of their hand selected beans.
