Parchmen & Co started thanks to the love for specialty coffee, and the desire to share their beans freshly roasted with the community around them. They roast in small batches using quality coffee beans to ensure the results are consistent. They believe in providing quality coffee equipment as well at reasonable rates to everyone as they believe that making good quality coffee should be accessible to everyone. They offer classes in their Parchment Accademy and they are “the energy” behind the Sun Ray Café.
