Clifftop Coffee Roasters is an independent specialty coffee roastery based in Lagos, in Portugal’s Algarve. Founded in 2021, the business grew from a small balcony roasting operation into a dedicated roastery at LACO Hub, Chinicato. Its coffees are sourced seasonally and roasted for balance, sweetness, consistency and the character of each origin. The range includes single-origin coffees and blends for espresso and filter brewing, with online orders shipped to Portugal and selected European markets.

Visitors can meet the team at the roastery on Tuesdays, when the doors are open from 09:00 to 17:00. Clifftop also supplies independent cafés and hospitality businesses, combining wholesale support with a changing selection of specialty coffees.
