Behind SO Coffee Roasters' birth, there is Lisa, Pedro and, João. Coming from Law, Ballet, and Music they could not have a more heterogeneous team. On April 1st, 2019 they opened the first coffee shop inside @thefeetingroom, Porto, on May 1st the second shop inside @thefeetingroom Lisbon, adding Iryna and Tiago to the team. In July 2019, they finally found the perfect main location: three floors all dedicated to coffee. In November 2020, they opened the roastery and main coffee shop. So is the Portuguese diminutive for the word "southwest"; The cardinal point where Portugal and their hometown of Porto are in Europe. In Portuguese, Porto means harbor. A place to dock, stop, relax, to discover, and meet new people. SO Coffee Roasters is like a harbor, forever changing itself, giving and getting back, a place of curiosity and acceptance.
