William's Roastery was a boutique roasting house
that was first opened in Kalamış in August 2019. As
they reached the maximum volume in mid-2020, they decided to enlarge their
production facility moving their roasting house to Acıbadem, and turned their
place in Kalamış into a specialty coffee shop concept.
