Moody Coffee was born in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc in
2014, when they started roasting premium coffees on a 1kg Probatino roaster for
their take-out shop, Papillon. In 2015, with success, they started selling
their freshly roasted coffees on the weekly market in Chamonix. It was at the start
of 2017 that they finally opened their first café in the center of Chamonix.
At the moment, they are roasting their coffee on
a nice 5 kg Probat in their workshop in Bossons.
